Nature is a Classroom.....

Nature is a big classroom. It speaks daily to push us forward in LIFE;

When you say you are tired, the sun says "I've been shining ever since I was commanded to".
When you say your beginning is too small, Abraham Lincoln says "I said to myself I would be US President when I was a poor boy on the farm."
When you are in need of management lessons, the ant says "Come to me".
When you think your trials are too much, Madiba says "Try 27 years in Prison".
When you feel you have fallen, Peter says "I denied the master trice in His face".

Draw positive Inspiration & Prinspiration from Nature.

With a spectacle of VISION, look into the year 2014 & tell us what you see.
Your decisions from today much CONTROLS that fulfillment.

As you set sail from Port 2-013, sail smoothly through the waters of the Spirit and with faith, trust Captain Christ to lead you to Port 2-014. The land is very green.

In 2014: Have a DREAM---GO FOR IT.
Lead Your Dreams!

Prinspired to LEAD!

Do you know YOU? Have you discovered the YOU in you? Do you spend much time trying to be like others while no one is spending time to be like YOU? You are YOUnique! Develop that YOUniqueness. History considers originality and there is no reward for the BEST COPYCUT!

Make a choice and decide; what you want to be, who you want to be and how you want to be it. Just DECIDE! Don’t be satisfied with your current level, status or position, because you can never change what you tolerate.

The journey to greatness is not all easy and smooth. It will be tough! Remember, life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain. “Make your brain work. It will sweat, but it will not die” E. W. Kenyon. It’s not about how hard you hit sometimes in life, but about how hard you can get hit and keep moving FORWARD!

Seek God’s face daily, because no matter how old the cow is, it still needs a SHEPHERD! The truth is, minus God, the sum of your life equals ZERO!

It's called LEGACY

3 Apples changed the world. The 1st tempted Eve, the 2nd inspired Newton, and the 3rd was for Steve Jobs, Apple Inc. This century minus Apple products is lacking. Though Steve is dead, we will always remember him for what he left behind. It's called LEGACY! Ask yourself the below few questions and genuinely answer them;

What will YOU be remembered for?
What will you leave behind in LIFE?
What have you been doing with your LIFE?

It's in the news every day, someone dies and another person is birthed. The creator in His own wisdom gives each and every one of us the opportunity to impact our "worlds". Are you impacting your home-world, community-world, school-world, work-world, nation-world, continent-world or the entire world?

The journey of Life is like a baton, once you begin to live, you begin to race. Your contribution to this race determines whether the earth will become a better place or worse, because of you. It becomes better when you become a problem solver, and worse once you become a problem yourself.

Resolute to make your home better because you were a part of it. Determine to make your society better because you showed up. Contribute to make your nation stronger because it had you. Live to make others better that you met them. That is how success is defined. START NOW! Remember, time flies, but you can be the Pilot!

Diamonds are "made" in Secret

Life cycles in different stages, times, seasons and periods. There is a time to be born and a time to pass on, says King Solomon, the writer of Ecclesiastes. Just as conditions vary with time, I believe there is a time to hide in preparation and a time to be shown to the world.

Diamonds are very beautiful coveted and infrequent minerals. They are precious stones humanity value. They are almost priceless, flaunted often by celebrities and other rich people in society, and displayed in classic jewelry shops. According to science, there exist no stone on earth harder than the diamond. No rational individual would refuse to accept diamonds as a gift. They are beautiful, sparkling, valuable and unique.

Often diamonds are displayed in important glass cases and exhibited for sale in big shops. Diamonds are usually unseen by the world until displayed. A diamond beyound all the above mentioned good attributes is a good teacher. It teaches valuable lessons about life.

In his article  Top 10 Countries with the Most Diamonds Found, posted on his passion project TheRichest, Sammy Said stated; "Each piece of diamond has a compelling story behind it. Diamonds are the hardest of all the precious stones unearthed. A diamond becomes highly expensive after undergoing polishing and design"

In life, there would always be the period in one’s lifetime where he or she has to hide in preparation. Diamonds are "made" in secret but displayed publicly after polishing. After going through a tough refining process, they are beautifully displayed, and onlookers admire their beauty until they wish they owed them. This principle applies to humans in general. The world will never appreciate you when you have just a raw talent. You need to polish it. You need to beat your craft, and keep-at-it until you turn out a fine talented and skilled individual.

Diamonds are not made in public, so don’t rush into premature exposure until you are refined. Correct timing is an important key to consider if one would go far in life.

Once you discover your gift and talent. Begin to train yourself.  In most cases, you need to practice your gift freely, through VOLUNTEERISM, and like-opportunities. Keep practicing until you are confident about yourself. Then can you give that mastered talent a commercial value.

Let us learn to respect nature’s cycle, times and seasons. Just as the moon is totally hidden sometimes, quarter-shaped other times, half-shaped and fully-shaped, so do human beings mature and progress in life. We develop with time until we fully fulfill our purposes here on earth.

Always remember that the diamond mines in South Africa, Brazil, Canada, Russian and all the other places are not located in the big flashy cities. Your gift will take you to great places, but first, spend time to polish yourself. Don’t rush to expose yourself to the world. You may be exposing your ignorance. Keep preparing and developing yourself. Practice more behind the scenes. The hour comes when your light will shine, natures whistle will blow for you to be shown and as you walk majestically unto the platforms of great world services, you will make HISTORY, and all will say IT'S YOUR TIME!

A minute after Rapture!

“Have I been left behind?”  “Oh God! Have I really been left behind?” I jolted up from the sweat drenched bed as these words blurting out of my mouth. The rapture had taken place and I had been left behind. I almost went to the other rooms to check and find out whether people were there. It was some seconds later I realized it was a dream. Hhmmmm!

The dream began well as I found myself at a great function held at the Independence Square of Ghana. It was a remarkable event just like the swearing in of a president. In a twinkle of an eye in the dream, there was chaos everywhere at the square. People could not locate their friends, as though some had vanished. The structures at the grounds began to collapse and many people got injured. It was a disastrous scene, one I had never witnessed before. It all became clear to me after a while that the rapture had taken place, and I had been left behind. I began to search all over to see whether I could locate some of my friends and family members but I could not, they have been raptured and the whole thing was shocking. I saw many religious and renowned people who were shocked like myself and wondered why they had not raptured.

The first minute after the rapture will present two major experiences for two groups of people. The first group is those who would be raptured and will go and meet the Lord in the sky. The second group is the one I found myself with in the dream. Think about this; within the very first few minutes after the rapture, there would be news on the various networks about missing presenters, there would be plane crash cases all over the world because righteous pilots would be ruptured, doctors having surgeries would be raptured leaving patients cuts open. There would be lots of road accidents like has never happened in history. Lecturers would be shocked to see empty student seats. There would be chaos even on ships and boats on the sea, babies behind the back of parents would be reported missing. The whole world would come to the realization of what scriptures have talked about since time immemorial. This brought great grief to the inhabitants of the world.

I lost hope in the dream because I was not raptured. As I thought about what would happen to me afterwards after the rapture, I began to weep. I began to think about all the time I had spent evangelizing. I had become a sign post that directed people to a place I was not going to see. I realized that all the things I had done had been in vain. Beloved, I woke from bed that day and began to pray for forgiveness. Please there is no time to waste. We are in the end of the end times. Don’t be a part of those who would be left behind but determine to join those who would watch the whole event from heaven.

Decide to be raptured.

A Switch in Talent

“Once upon a time, the animals decided they should do something meaningful to meet the problems of the new world. So they established a school. They adopted an activity curriculum of running, climbing, swimming and flying. To make it easier to administer the curriculum, all the animals took all the subjects.
The duck was excellent in swimming; in fact, better than his instructor. But he only made passing grades in flying, and had to drop swimming and stay after school to practice running. This caused his web feet to be badly worn, so that he was only average in the swimming she loved. But average was quite acceptable so nobody worried about that, except the duck. The rabbit started at the top of his class in running, but developed a nervous twitch in his leg muscles because of so much make-up work in swimming.
The squirrel was excellent in climbing, but he encountered constant frustrations in flying class because his teacher made him start from the ground up instead of from the top of the tree. He developed muscle cramps from overexertion, and so only got a “C” in climbing and a “D” in running.
The eagle was a problem child and was severely disciplined for being a non-conformist. In climbing classes he beat all the others to the top of the tree, but insisted on using his own way to get there.”
This profound story is narrated in Emmanuel Woyome’s book Career Pathways.

Almost all over the world, typically in Africa, talents of young people are shut down for the sake of educational systems and other reasons. On various campuses in Ghana, many students find themselves reading courses totally different from their life’s talent. Our talents are the swords we require to wage the battle of life and education is supposed to be the whetting stone for whetting that sword. If talent were to be crude oil, education would be the refining process necessary for that raw talent. Unfortunately for many young people, this is not the case. For many students, academic education is trying to create an artificial interest in them, what they can use to make a living for life.
Often, hidden in a struggling mathematics student is a natural singer or song writer. A student trying his best to perfect himself in Dance Studies may have real talent in Marketing. In a Computer Science student is would be talented writer and in a student studying Agriculture would be a great poet.

When Dr. Myles Munroe visited Ghana, I posed a question to him on the subject. I asked him what a student is supposed to do, who has found him/herself reading a programme different from his/her talent. The response was interesting. We were told such a student, who is under parental guidance, would have to obediently read the programme, but develop the talent alongside, and with much prayer for grace and favor, a door would open that would require the use of such talent (which you have discovered and developed), and the right opportunity would drop, that would require the full operation of your talent.

Dr. Mensa Otabil said rightly that “God created you with your own special sets of gifts, your own way to sparkle. When you find a place of functioning successfully, your light will shine”.

Stand up to discover your talent. When you have found it, develop it. This could be done through much volunteering at first. Then begin to build a brand, deliberately. Package your gifts and talents well, then would the world be willing to pay for it. You would be developing your talent to a career level. People would demand for your service, and the returns would be a source of fulfilment in your life.

The cause of frustration cases recorded in our school amongst the students can be attributed to wrong positioning. Most students have found themselves reading courses they have had no interest in. If you fall victim to this, discover your talent alongside your academics. Consider the difficulty in doing this combination a price to pay. Just have in mind that it would certainly pay off. I was a victim to this. Reading some programmes in school that were off my field. I came across good information like this piece you are reading, by grace. I began a trip to talent discovery. I found the things I loved to do, my talents. I began to develop them. Things were not easy, but I understood that was the price I had to pay. I continued to develop my talents. Today I am serving my gifts and fulfilment has always been the reward. The world is actually my platform.

What are the things you would do even when you are not paid for? There should be this mental picture people can form about you once your name is mentioned. When you here of Oprah Winfery, you instantly form the image of a good speaker and a world television host. She discovered her speaking talent when she was young, people discouraged her on the subject, but she was persistent, she developed it, and today Oprah serves her gift on a global platform.

There are many more people in the Talent hall of fame; Bill Gates with technology, Kofi Annan and leadership, Albert Ocran and the gift of communication and motivation, Lionel Messi with football, Dr. Ben Carson with brain surgery and J. K. Rowling with innovative writing. Have you noticed a common trail amongst these few men and women operating in their talent? They are all rich and prosperous. That is one value true Talent in Operation would add to your life – positive gains and riches.

Your talent is your power of advantage. Do you seek fulfilment in life? Then it is better to start now, before it’s late. When you operate with your natural talents, you perform extraordinarily without much sweat, because it is simply the special gift given from above, for your success in life.
I leave you with this food for thought: when talent takes you up in life, character will keep you there. That is a topic for another day.

A Child's Cry..

It was a sunny day, and the scorching sun had succeeded in creating an unbearable atmosphere for most people trekking. Agitated, restless and hot I joined a queue at a Bus Station in Accra, waiting for a vehicle to finally come and transport me home. Then the disheartening scene struck me. A layer of tear clothed my eye as I saw this little girl about 10years of age, moving feet by feet collecting empty water sachets from heaps of rubbish at the station. She had nothing to cover her hands and her oversized slippers, tattered clothes and sweat-drenched face composed a very demoralizing scene.

I felt helpless when I gazed around and realized she was just one of many more kids doing same. Many more children about her age, moving tiredly from one point to the other picking rubber from rubbish heaps. Why were these children not in school? Were they even attending school? Hmm! Take a critical look the very next time you visit or pass by a bus station.

These children could be orphans, living on their own or living with people or probably ones living with very poor parents. The little girl I saw could be the next Speaker of Parliament, or a renowned professional in a nation, but with her environment, whatever dreams she could be carrying stand a potent threat of termination. HIDDEN IN those children, I believe are rich potentials whose fruits are solutions for the WORLD’S PROBLEMS.

Let us help the children to SERVE their generation.
